An onsite Customer Success Representative is needed to handle customer inquiries web orders and deliveries with speed accuracy and warmth. This role is ideal for candidates from hospitality retail or café environments who enjoy talking to customers all day and can stay sharp and organized in a fast-paced setting.

- Salary: Minimum wage up to 25000 plus government-mandated benefits
What you will do
- Be the front-of-house contact for customers answering inquiries across multiple platforms.
- Manage web orders from confirmation to delivery ensuring accuracy in items addresses and timing.
- Book and coordinate couriers (e.g. Lalamove) and monitor delivery status.
- Verify delivery pins and addresses and correct any errors before dispatch.
- Coordinate closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track and update customers on their orders acting as their single point of contact.
What we are looking for
- Experience in high service-level front facing environments such as cafés hospitality or retail counters.
- Comfort in customer-facing roles that require speed accuracy and friendliness.
- Experience with order-taking fulfillment or service coordination is a strong plus.
Must-have skills and traits
- Naturally bubbly friendly and professional; enjoys speaking with customers all day.
- Sharp detail-oriented and organized; understands that orders addresses and timing really matter.
- Strong English comprehension; can understand and respond clearly to foreign clients.
- Able to handle urgency pressure and multiple tasks at the same time.
Nice-to-have
- Previous experience in fast-paced customer service or hospitality.
- Familiarity with web orders online chats or delivery platforms.
