Job Summary
Your Tasks
- Governance and control of facility management processes across organizational units
- Development and implementation of strategies for commercial technical and infrastructural facility management
- Budget planning KPI monitoring and sustainability performance oversight
- Process optimization and introduction of modern technologies (e.g. IoT) to enhance efficiency
- Performance monitoring and quality assurance across portfolios
- Reporting benchmarking and KPI evaluation to support strategic decisions
- Cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate Construction and Sustainability departments
- Coordination with country representatives and support of international projects
Your Profile
- University degree in Construction Technical Facility Management or Building Services combined with knowledge in Economics Finance and Legal basics
- Several years of professional experience in building services or a related field ideally with international and retail exposure
- Knowledge of relevant DIN/EN/ ISO Norms and being familiar with the Eurpoean market
- Proven experience in data analysis KPI development and reporting
- Solid understanding of new technical developments and trends in building management
- Working proficiency in English and German
- Strong analytical and financial skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Confident in Excel and data visualization tools
- Efficient time management and effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
