このポジションではお客様企業のCxOやIT部門の責任者に対してどう自社のITがビジネスや業務に貢献していくべきかその道筋とそこに至るまでの具体的なロードマップを描きサポートしていくポジションです
一方でお客様のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現するために攻めのIT戦略とともに重要になってきているのが既存のIT資産の運用の効率化やコストセービングですこの攻めと守りの戦略をバランスよく立案しお客様企業のさらなる成長を支えていくことがミッションとなりますお客様の技術アドバイザーとして活動するために技術的な知識とオープンソースへの知見高いコミュニケーション能力やヒューマンスキルが必要となります加えて担当するお客様が属する業界の知識と課題将来の方向性を理解した上でIT戦略を立案できる能力が必要です
また状況によって販売構築パートナーと共同で提案を進めるためのコミュニケーションや作業分担の明確化などプロジェクト管理的な側面を持つ活動も求められます
Primary Job Responsibility
担当する業界やお客様を深く理解しお客様のIT戦略の立案や将来計画のデザインを提案すること
お客様のビジネスやIT環境を深く理解しセールスチームと連携しながら営業戦略を立案すること
お客様コールやWorkshopの開催を通してお客様の課題を正しく理解しRed Hat 製品をどのように取り入れることができるかを評価すること
セールスチームと連携し契約を獲得できるよう案件を推進すること
Red Hatの製品およびソリューションを使ったシステム構築に関する技術情報を提供すること
製品知識や深い技術知識を駆使しお客様に概念実証 (POC)プレゼンテーションやデモを提供すること
全ステークホルダーに進捗状況を伝えること
チームメンバーが自分の成功や失敗から学べるように知識や調査結果を共有すること
Required Skills
プリセールスセールスエンジニアリングソリューションアーキテクトプロジェクトマネージャ等の経験
システム構築要件定義/設計/実装/テストに参画した経験
案件を進めていくための優れたコミュニケーション力プレゼン力交渉力に加えエンジニアリングビジネスエグゼクティブレベルとの関係構築の実績
お客様のビジネスの問題や技術的問題を理解しソリューションがどのようにお客様のニーズや要件に対応していくのかを効果的に説明する能力
エンタープライズソリューションおよびアーキテクチャーの知識を有すること (例: クラウド仮想化コンテナストレージRDBMSOracle や SAP などの ERPミドルウェアクラスタリング高可用性)
UNIXやLinuxシステムの構築運用管理の経験あるいはJavaやモダンな開発言語を用いたアプリケーション開発の経験
Preferred Skills
技術的な課題を解決するWorkshopや業務課題や業務アイデア出しのようなDiscovery Sessionの開催経験
システム部門だけでなく業務部門も含めたお客様とのコミュニケーションや提案経験
アジャイル開発の実践経験
コンテナ技術やCI/CDツールを活用したアプリケーション開発運用の経験
特定の業界のITシステムに関する深い知識経験
Red Hat製品(OpenShift/Ansible等)の提案や設計構築の経験
ビジネスレベルの英語力
