The Strategic Account Sales Division Department 2 is responsible for new development and account management for Japans top strategic accounts including major companies in non-manufacturing industries (retail logistics media pharmaceuticals construction trading finance etc.). For this position you will be responsible for one of these industries.
The main duties of the position are as follows:
- Propose and sell security platforms to major Japanese companies.
- Develop territory plans based on approximately five large companies prioritize product introductions and develop plans.
- Develop account plans for each company and generate specific business opportunities.
- Develop new customer development and proposal activities for existing customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to acquire leads.
- Understand client challenges and needs and propose optimal solutions.
- Work with system engineers product sales and system engineers and security specialists to implement solutions.
- Promote business negotiations in a mutually beneficial manner through collaboration with partner companies.
- Update sales negotiation progress on the CRM.
- Manage quarterly numerical data through weekly forecast meetings.
- Share and disseminate information through team study sessions and discussions.
Qualifications :
MUST
- 3 years of high-touch corporate sales experience with major enterprise clients
- 10 years of IT solutions sales experience
- 3 years of corporate sales experience in any industry (retail logistics media pharmaceuticals construction trading finance etc.)
- Ability to build relationships with client management and department heads
- Presentation skills
- Planning skills including territory and account plans
- Ability to achieve quarterly targets
