Compensation & Perks

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $165000 Bonus
  • Base Salary Range: $85000 - $100000 (based on experience)
  • Auto Program: Monthly vehicle allowance plus mileage reimbursement.
  • Benefits: Full Medical/Dental/Vision 401(k) with 100% match on the first 4% and a cell phone/internet allowance.


About the Role

This role is for a true sales professional. You will be the face of Movora in your territory responsible for the entire sales cycle from identifying new opportunities and converting them to Movora to supporting cases in the OR. Youll thrive here if you love consultative selling building real relationships and have a passion for sales and winning.


What Youll Do

  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory by developing strong relationships with veterinary surgeons clinic owners and staff.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions.
  • Provide in-surgery support and technical guidance on product usage.
  • Represent Movora at industry trade shows veterinary events and training workshops.
  • Work closely with internal teams (customer service marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements


What Were Looking For (Requirements)

  • 3 years of documented top-tier outside sales experience.
  • A hunter mentality with a proven track record of breaking into new accounts.
  • Ability to build genuine long-term relationships with highly-educated customers (surgeons practice owners).
  • Must be comfortable attending labs and supporting live surgeries.
  • Experience in medical device veterinary or surgical sales is a plus but not required.
  • Must reside within the Los Angeles territory.
