Inviting applications for the role of Buyer Domain Trainee German Hybrid Krakow
In this role you will provide support to Buying in assigned areas of responsibility to develop the sales and profitability of the company assist with Buying projects and complete Buying tasks.

Responsibilities
Supports their leader to oversee the product life cycle of a sub-group of products.
Requests organizes and manages product samples from suppliers.
Understands commodities and provides recommendations to direct leader based on market knowledge.
Manages multiple projects at once by prioritizing setting deadlines and coordinating the flow of information internally and externally.
Strategizes effectively to solve problems with vendors and product issues.
Utilizes various computer applications for database management report generation and tracking spreadsheets.
Serves as the primary liaison between internal and external parties in coordination with direct leader.
Provides training to new staff and contributes to committee or team work.
Provides recommendations for changes or improvements on operating or training procedures and seeks further training on areas if needed.
Performs administrative and clerical duties such as answering phones preparing documents maintaining calendar meetings/appointments upholding files and processing paperwork.
Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.
Complies with client privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Fluency in German and a strong command of English
Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
Relevant experience required in Source-to-Pay (STP)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients
Knowledge of additional languages
