Support Automation Initiatives:
Collaborate with the team on the implementation of automation strategies for 5S and Kaizen processes contributing to the optimization of workflows.Assistance in AOS Implementation:
Help facilitate the rollout of the ALSTOM Operating System (AOS) in production.Participate in Team Meetings:
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to discussions on continuous improvement initiatives and operational strategies.Documentation Support:
Assist in preparing documentation related to projects including reports presentations and standard operating procedures.Research and Development:
Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends to support the development of innovative solutions within the department.
