We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent for the Transport team to join our team at vidaXL. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction this is the perfect opportunity for you!
You will:
Manage first-line communication with clients and depots.
Create and maintain client accounts in TMS set up and update client profiles including price agreements and specific conditions
Process order entries: handle forecasted orders for fixed clients and manual entries for backloads and extra trips.
Maintain regular communication with depots via email/Teams and prepare depot and performance reports.
Provide accurate estimated arrival times (ETAs) to various depots (Dobra Oslo Kolding Sofia and others)
Inform Customer Service about waiting charges and cancellations ensuring accurate documentation in RR.
Regularly update ETA/ATA details for clients such and send Proof of Deliveries (PODs) to clients as required.

Experience with administrative and operational tasks in logistics or transport (preferred).
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage client accounts efficiently.
Flexibility and readiness to visit clients when necessary.
