As the Customer Service Representative in Cluj-Napoca you will be part of the European Customer Service team in which you will be responsible for France. As the point of contact for external customers and internal departments you deliver fast and reliable communication and follow-up orders. You will answer all incoming calls and you will place orders in the ERP system (JD Edwards). You will advise our customers on the product range and open orders via telephone and addition you will give administrative support to our sales force in Italy. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Be part of the European Customer Service team acting as the primary contact for external customers and internal departments ensuring fast reliable communication and thorough order follow-up.
Answer all incoming calls and accurately place and manage orders in the ERP system (JD Edwards).
Advise our customers on the product range order status and open orders via telephone and e-mail in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Support the Sales Office by handling customer-related questions and directing them to the appropriate contacts in other departments when needed.
Handle various administrative tasks related to customer files documentation and data accuracy to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.

Experience working in a shared service center or multinational environment.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across different countries and time zones.
