The Opportunity

Join our Financial Services division as a Service Delivery Manager within our Debit Issuing tribe.

You will work with our DevOps squads and the infrastructure teams to ensure the quality of service.

Youll play a crucial role in driving payment processing initiatives ensuring seamless delivery of innovative debit issuing products that power millions of transactions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain platform consistency define standards & consistent approach for new projects
  • Coordinate some of the platform & technical evolution projects as per internal strategy regulation security standard and business continuity requirements
  • Ensure SLA to our customers define & set-up SLA collection tooling
  • Support E2E incident & problem resolutions
  • Participate to change management process improvements evolutions and automation. Manage some of the related projects.
  • Coordinating across cross-functional teams to deliver value efficiently
  • Monitoring service performance and implementing improvements
  • Facilitating communication and troubleshooting between teams and clients

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:

  • Over 3 years experience as a Project Manager Product Owner or Service Delivery Manager
  • Technical educational background would be a plus
  • Service delivery management and project coordination experience si a must
  • Strong communication presentation and facilitation abilities
  • ITIL framework experience
  • SLA OKR and KPI management reporting and continuous improvement
  • Broad technical skills : Application development Production support System Network Security
  • Fluent in English is a must
