Located in our international Headquarters in Hoofddorp youll contribute in shaping the future of how we grow and develop our this role youll drive key learning and talent initiatives from optimising our performance and talent processes to developing impactful learning journeys for our teams and managers.
Youll work closely with our business and HR colleagues across Europe to turn learning needs into tangible action ensuring our people have the tools skills and support they need to thrive.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and improve talent processes such as the performance cycle and talent review.
Analyse data and share insights to strengthen talent development.
Manage and optimise learning platforms (GoodHabitz LinkedIn Learning) and promote new initiatives to increase usage across our organisation.
Design and roll out impactful learning programmes including our Middle Manager Enablement initiative.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to align development needs with organisational goals.
Drive projects from idea to execution with autonomy ownership and a focus on results.
Who Are You

Additionally were looking for someone who is:
35 years of experience in HR projects with a focus on learning and/or talent management.
Strong understanding of HR processes such as performance management skills development and talent reviews.
Experience with learning platforms or LMS tools.
Strong project management skills able to plan execute and deliver.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset: you see whats needed and make it happen.
Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
