Associate Adoption & Training Consultant W2 Contract to Hire

Hourly: up to $35/hr. and full-time $70000 annually

Travel: up to 50%

What Youll Do 

As an Associate Adoption & Training Consultant youll play a key role in helping our clients drive adoption and performance through impactful learning experiences. You bring a blend of technical aptitude instructional design expertise and dynamic facilitation skills to every engagement. Whether delivering live sessions developing custom content or aligning training strategies with business goals you approach each project with curiosity collaboration and a commitment to this role you will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing training content for Burwoods clients. 
• Delivering training in-person and remote 
• Working with our technical SMEs to develop user focused Job Aids and Quick Reference Cards 

Qualifications :

Who You Are 

• You have a strong background in IT or application training both in-person and remote.
• You are comfortable working with different web conferencing tools.  
• Your work style is flexible.  Some tasks are great to tackle with a team and other stuff you can handle on your own! 
• You can gather requirements necessary for training development 
• You have experience developing custom training. 
• You dont mind responsibility youre accountable for your work and dedicated to a job well done.  
• You have the expertise and professionalism to interact and develop relationships with any level of an organization.  
• You have excellent presentation and communications skills. 
• Youre willing to work hours outside of normal working time to accommodate our global clients needs.
• Youre willing to travel.  

The Tech Stuff 

• Detailed knowledge of M365 platform Contact Center VDI Security and AI etc. from an end-user perspective.
