Job Summary

Act as Scrum Master for mobile squads driving sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and backlog grooming.
Identify blockers resolve dependencies and escalate issues as needed.
Build and maintain JIRA dashboards generate insights and create reports for leadership and external partners.
Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate between design product and engineering teams to align on priorities and deliverables.
Improve reporting processes ensuring clear visibility into progress risks and outcomes.
Support operational excellence and process improvements for mobile client development projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master in software development environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and proven experience running sprints.
Hands-on expertise with JIRA (dashboards reporting metrics workflows).
Experience managing mobile app development projects (iOS and/or Android).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing with both technical and non-technical teams.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple squads and priorities.
