Job Summary
Bridge business needs and technology solutions by gathering requirements documenting processes and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals. Facilitate workshops and create comprehensive documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather validate and prioritize requirements.
- Document current and future-state processes workflows and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops interviews and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Collaborate with developers QA and operations to ensure successful delivery.
- Support UAT and validate solutions against business needs.
- Maintain a backlog of requirements and user stories in tools such as Jira.
- Ensure traceability of requirements through the delivery lifecycle.
- Identify risks and dependencies tied to requirements and propose mitigations.
- Support change management and user adoption for new systems.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Business IT or related field.
- 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation documentation and analysis.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with BA tools such as Jira Confluence Visio or Lucidchart.
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
