Job Summary:The Corporate Contracts Specialist will support the administration department of Tower Engineering Professionals handling both vendor and customer reviews as well as internal company matters. Duties/Responsibilities:- Vendor Onboarding
- NDA review and markup
- Contract review and markup
- Insurance review
- Manage the onboarding process from start to finish and confirm compliance with Company requirements.
- Customer Onboarding
- NDA review and markup
- Contract review and markup
- Insurance COI request per the contract documents and submittal.
- Facilitate additional onboarding documents by working with operations and safety to streamline the process for Customer approval.
- Office Leases
- Oversee and manage the paperwork associated with 40 leases across North America.
- Work closely with Operations Accounting and our third-party real estate broker to facilitate locating new locations sub-leasing extending or terminating current leases.
- Review leases and work with our third-party real estate broker to negotiate favorable terms.
- Miscellaneous
- Potential to assist with employee and corporate matters related to acquisitions licensing and company growth.
Required Skills/Abilities: - Bachelors degree in legal studies paralegal business administration or a related field is required. A paralegal certificate or law degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a contracts-focused role preferably within the construction engineering or telecommunications industries. Specific experience with upstream and downstream contracts for wireless fiber or broadband deployment projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of contract law terminology and best practices.
- Working knowledge of legal terminology and legal writing.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel etc.).
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Strong organizational time management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
