Summary:

Assumes responsibility for medication management for a core group of patients.

The starting base salary for this position is $138234 and this includes a geographic differential of $6007. This position will also include a full comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

License Requirement
License to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New York
Education and Experience
1. Doctor of Pharmacy degree; or
2. Masters degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience; or
3. Bachelors degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience.

NOTE:
1. Incumbents must be credentialed as a member of the organization Medical Staff (Allied Health Professional) within four months of date of hire as a condition of continued employment.
2. Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
