Job Summary
- Lead projects through all lifecycle stages from initiation to closure
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development QA BA Design and DevOps
- Effectively manage change requests assess risks and prioritize tasks
- Ensure adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams
- Prepare project documentation reports and regular updates for stakeholders
Qualifications :
- 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager in IT
- Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with international clients
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
WILL BE A PLUS
- Expertise in Jira Confluence or similar PM tools
- Technical background or understanding of web and mobile technologies
- Experience with time & material and fixed price contracts
