As part of KMS Technology a US-based global technology group Addepto combines deep AI specialization with enterprise-scale delivery capabilitiesenabling the partnership to move clients from AI experimentation to production impact securely and at scale.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will play a critical role in managing and growing strategic client relationships across enterprise and scale-up accounts. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to clients ensuring the successful delivery of AI and data-driven solutions while identifying opportunities for long-term partnership growth.

This position sits at the intersection of business technology and consulting requiring strong client-facing skills commercial awareness and the ability to collaborate closely with delivery engineering and leadership teams.

In this position you will:

  • Cultivate executive relationships: Build and expand trusted relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the client organization positioning Addepto as a strategic partner and accelerating account growth through cross-sell upsell and renewal initiatives.

  • Identify white space and deliver value: Leverage domain expertise and white space analysis to uncover both stated and latent client needs articulating tailored value propositions that connect directly to business priorities across the full KMS & Addepto service portfolio.

  • Develop and execute account strategies: Create maintain and drive comprehensive Account Development Plans grounded in a deep understanding of each clients business objectives challenges and growth opportunities.

  • Lead strategic client engagements: Facilitate and drive high-impact client touchpoints - including QBRs innovation workshops and governance meetings - to foster alignment showcase value and deepen collaboration.

  • Drive commercial negotiations contract extensions and renewals in alignment with company goals.

  • Ensure high client satisfaction by overseeing project progress delivery quality and value realization.

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (delivery teams technical experts leadership) to ensure consistent and effective client communication.

  • Monitor account performance revenue forecasts and strategic account plans.

  • Represent Addepto as a trusted AI consulting partner in client meetings workshops and executive-level discussions.

  • Stay up to date with AI data and digital transformation trends relevant to client industries.

Job requirements

What youll need to succeed in this role:

  • Strong experience as a Key Account Manager Account Manager or Strategic Client Partner in consulting technology or software services.

  • Proven track record of consistently generating $3M$5M in annual net-new services revenue across a defined portfolio especially in custom software development and digital product engineering services.

  • Strong background in B2B client-facing roles preferably within IT data AI analytics or digital transformation.

  • Experience working with enterprise or large-scale clients including C-level or senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into clear business value.

  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing revenue pipelines and account growth.

  • High level of ownership accountability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.

  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) German and/or additional languages are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements team collaboration and strategic initiatives.

  • Background in management consulting or technology consulting firms.

  • Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience in AI data engineering analytics or cloud-based solutions

  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement and contracting processes
