- Offline Search: Research and identify potential restaurant partners and home chefs through offline channels such as local directories industry events and referrals.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners providing them with information about our services benefits and pricing.
- Qualify Leads: Assess the suitability of potential partners based on our criteria ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone demonstrating the value of joining our platform.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
- Onboarding: Assist in onboarding ensuring partners have all the necessary information and resources to get started.
- Meet Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and KPIs.
Qualifications :
- MBA BBA from a recognized University
- Proven experience in telesales Sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry and home chef community is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
