When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will implement Oracle Human Capital Management solutions for various clients. As a Manager you will oversee project management mentor junior staff and maintain adherence to operational policies while driving client satisfaction.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 10 years of experience in HCM full lifecycle implementation
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Knowledgeable in HCM modules
- Experience in entire lifecycle HCM implementations
- Ability to drive workshops and coordinate with vendors
- Exceptional analytical and project management skills
