Job Summary
SHANGRI-LA RESIDENCES JAKARTA
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
As a Duty Engineer specializing in MEP systems you will be responsible for the daily operation maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems in a residential building ensuring optimal performance safety compliance and tenants satisfaction through timely inspections repairs and coordination.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Due to work pass restrictions only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- A diploma and/or undergraduate degree in related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 (three) years of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel or apartment and residential buildings.
- Strong knowledge of building systems safety protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Outgoing personality with excellent networking and strong leadership skills (experienced in team management).
- Positive role model.
- Willing to work on shifts weekends or emergencies as required.
