Job Summary
Title:

KBR is looking for aStructure Engineertosupport thelargest offshore oilfield in Qatar Bul Hanine. This willplay a vital role in the countrys oil production portfolio. The expansion project is part of Qatars broader strategy to sustain and enhance its oil output while simultaneously investing heavily in its liquefied natural gas (LNG) production growth. This role willperform global analyses of offshore structures.
Responsibilities:
Carry out detailed design of primary nodes
Createdetailed design of secondary and tertiary steel including equipment supports access platforms material handling structures monorails stair towers etc.
Compiledesign reports
Qualifications:
Degree inCivil/StructuralEngineering or related engineering field
4yearsofexperience with average experience of6 -10yearsof designing FPSO modules and fixed offshore structuresfor upstream oil and gas projects
Proficientin SACS and STAAD PRO software
Good knowledge of the latest revisions of offshore design codesincluding:
ISO 19901-3
ISO 19902
AISC-360
Applicable API and DNV codes
Decarbonization Energy Transition Sustainability
