Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for aSystems Functional Architect(f/m) to join ourSystems Design Methods & Toolsbased in Toulouse France.

You will be part of a team developing digital solutions for theAircraft Systems Designdomain. As part of theMethods and Tools Team you will be involved in theDigital Transformation and data-driven decision makingaiming atenabling world-class Aircraft Product design that is secure and compliant.

Your challenges:

TranslateAircraft System Designers needs into functional requirements andrapidly prototypehigh-value viable technical solutions.

Industrializeprototypes by collaborating withIS/IT partners(Cybersecurity Data governance) to deliversecure-by-design compliant and cost-efficientfinal solutions.

Define and maintainthe long-term consistency and evolution roadmap for solutions based on evolving aircraft design needs and industry digital standards.

Conductstructured trade-off analyses between available technological options to establish a logical value-driven basis for all design decisions.

Championthe adoption of new data-driven methodologies ensuring users benefit from the latest state-of-the-art means in their daily work.

Your boarding pass:

Masters degree (or equivalent) in Engineering Computer Science or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Functional Architecture IT Development or Systems Engineering.

IT Development:Required experience in designing and implementingmulti-tool solutions.

Architectural Modeling:Ability to model data and business activities using an enterprise architecture framework (e.g.Archimate3).

Rapid Prototyping:Proven ability to quickly build working models for needs interpretation and solution assessment.

Compliance Focus:Strong knowledge of secure development practices and an uncompromising mindset on compliance standards.

Data Analytics:Beginner level knowledge of data analysis principles.
