Supports the director in developing and implementing departmental strategies such as planning budgeting creating operational reports and maintaining guest rooms public areas and heart of the house areas.
Monitors and ensures guest satisfaction helps address and track guest concerns and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Trains and supervises all department staff by planning training such as coaching and performance management.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a housekeeping leadership role preferably as an assistant director in a luxury hotel is an asset.
- Excellent leadership skills and strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a commitment to housekeeping operations and exceeding guest expectations.
- Strong working knowledge of Opera and MS Office Applications.
- In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
