Job Summary
About your tasks:
- Build and maintain end-to-end observability with ELK Prometheus and Grafana.
- Operate and scale GCP infrastructure (GKE Cloud Monitoring).
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI GitLab CI GitHub Actions ArgoCD).
- Lead incident response and postmortems in a blameless culture.
- Automate operational workflows using Go Python or Bash.
- Lead technical presentations workshops and deep dives with engineering teams to promote SRE best practices.
Qualifications :
About you:
- Proven experience with GCP Kubernetes and cloud automation.
- Expertise in observability tools (ELK Prometheus Grafana).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Strong background in CI/CD and deployment automation.
- Excellent communication leadership and troubleshooting skills.
- A proactive mindset you are someone who drives initiatives and enables teams through knowledge-sharing and vision.
- Experience with Service Meshes (Istio) chaos engineering or incident management tools (PagerDuty SquadCast) is a bonus.

Our offices are open but you are free to work from home from any location in Germany. It is entirely up to you if you want to pop into the office every now and again or if you work from home all the time.
