Kitchen Hand Part-time

• Support the team in delivering consistent high-quality food production and presentation

• Carry out food preparation tasks efficiently and in line with presentation guidelines

• Keep all work areas clean hygienic and organised at all times

• Follow strict food safety and hygiene practices avoiding cross-contamination

• Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning duties as required

• Report any maintenance hygiene or safety hazards promptly

• Work collaboratively with other departments and maintain strong team relationships

• Contribute to achieving departmental targets and service standards

• Be flexible and willing to work across breakfast lunch and dinner shifts

Qualifications :

• Previous experience working in a kitchen ideally with some exposure to Italian cuisine (desirable but not essential)

• A willingness to learn new skills and support the culinary team

• Strong communication skills and a positive professional attitude

• Energy motivation and reliability in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene safety and food quality standards

• Availability to work predominantly evening shifts across 7 days a week and approximately 30 hours a week 

• A strong team spirit and the ability to work well with others

• Trade qualification or relevant hospitality training is an advantage but not required
