About the Role:
A key part of your role will involve improving workflow efficiency by analysing metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Youll also focus on understanding the most frequent FAQs and developing systems to quickly and effectively address these enhancing the overall service experience for customers that you this role you wont simply address individual challenges as they come up but youll have the opportunity to bring ideas to the table which will tackle more complex issues and develop proactive solutions that prevent them. The role is an opportunity to see problems as a way to innovate and grow.

You will have management responsibilities for more junior team members and support them in their role.

About You:
We are looking for an individual who loves to roll up their sleeves and solve problems taking ownership of issues instead of passing them along.

You will have a genuine interest in helping customers and enjoy finding ways to make their experience better. Learning new systems and tools doesnt faze you. Youre eager to pick up new skills and adapt to whatever comes your way. You will be quick to adapt to workload and agile in your approach to new challenges. We would like someone who has some experience of managing more junior team members in a similar role.
