THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH

The discussion about the Product/Team will take place as part of the People Engagement Process and throughout the Onboarding phase. You will primarily work with Incubation & platforms products covering digital marketing & commerce platform and digital tools for business

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

As a Primary Salesforce Architect you will lead the design and implementation of scalable secure and high-performing Salesforce solutions. You will also bring expertise in job scheduling and orchestration ensuring seamless integration and automation across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and global tech standards

Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce features including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

Ensure data governance security and compliance across Salesforce environments

Collaborate with squads to define technical components and select optimal solutions

Integrate Salesforce with other platforms using APIs middleware and job scheduling tools

Design and manage job scheduling workflows (e.g. Control-M Autosys or native Salesforce schedulers)

Oversee testing deployment and documentation of Salesforce features

Support incident resolution and performance optimization

Recommend technical roadmap and reduce technical debt

Share architectural best practices and contribute to cross-platform initiatives

Technical Expertise:

Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture configuration and customization

Experience with Salesforce development (Apex Lightning Visualforce)

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model security and sharing rules

Proficiency in job scheduling tools and orchestration frameworks

Experience with integration patterns REST/SOAP APIs and middleware

Familiarity with DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure)

Knowledge of data governance performance tuning and monitoring

Ability to lead technical projects and collaborate across squads

Passion for continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce and scheduling technologies

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

Strong technical background with deep expertise in platform Architecture topics
Good understanding of tech standards & components for digital technologies & web hosting
Strong communication skills with the ability to talk with both technical & non-technical stakeholders

Collaboration & teamwork with the ability to work in an agile development environment
Good industry knowledge and insights into key challenges for the domain/family
Good leadership skills with some ability to lead the architecture community
