Were partnering with a well-established electrical contractor in the Cleveland area thats known for its steady growth repeat business and long-standing relationships with general contractors and owners. The company is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join their leadership team and help manage bids and projects across commercial industrial and institutional sectors.
This is an opportunity to join a financially stable family-oriented contractor that values integrity teamwork and doing things the right way.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead electrical estimating efforts from takeoff through final bid submission
Oversee project budgets schedules and change orders from preconstruction through closeout
Collaborate with field supervisors and foremen to ensure project goals are met
Review drawings specifications and contracts to identify scope and cost variables
Maintain strong relationships with clients GCs suppliers and internal teams
Ensure safety quality and performance standards are upheld throughout all phases
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in electrical project management and/or estimating
Background in commercial or industrial electrical construction
Proficiency in estimating software (Accubid Bluebeam or similar)
Strong understanding of NEC local codes and project documentation
Excellent communication organization and leadership skills
Local or regional candidates preferred
