Our Delmar location is looking to find experiencedhard working individuals to join our team as Hardware Manager!

The Hardware Manager must engage in counter and phone sales with a main focus on hardware sales and inventory management!

  • Full Time 40 Hours per week- Set Schedule
  • Discretionary profit share after one year of employment
  • Six paid holidays and PTO Immediately
  • Understand the marketplace and know product features
  • Work to meet prospect customers needs
  • Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add on sales
  • Effective closing technique
  • Work productively; number of sales per day add on sales quotes to orders suggestive selling etc.
  • Quote follow up- quote to order conversion
  • Share expertise with others
