Our Delmar location is looking to find experiencedhard working individuals to join our team as Hardware Manager!
The Hardware Manager must engage in counter and phone sales with a main focus on hardware sales and inventory management!
- Full Time 40 Hours per week- Set Schedule
- Discretionary profit share after one year of employment
- Six paid holidays and PTO Immediately
- Understand the marketplace and know product features
- Work to meet prospect customers needs
- Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add on sales
- Effective closing technique
- Work productively; number of sales per day add on sales quotes to orders suggestive selling etc.
- Quote follow up- quote to order conversion
- Share expertise with others
