We are looking for a Captain based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Captain we rely on you to:
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of the All Day Dining Restaurant and support the events (e.g. wedding meeting)
- Ensure that service / items are prepared according to Club standards
- Ensure that all materials equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
- Check cleanliness of the sections prior to and after service
- Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent command of spoken English
- 3years relevant working experience
- Excellent guest interaction skills
- Guest oriented and a good team player
