About the Role
As aCaptain you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely courteous and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
- Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
- Strong leadership interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
