What you would do as our HR Administrator
You will provide daily support to managers across the organization offering guidance on a variety of HR administrative matters. You will be expected to work from the office three days per week.
As the primary point of contact for our payroll office you will independently manage HR processes and actively contribute to improvement initiatives that streamline routines and enhance overall efficiency. This is a broad HR administrative role that requires ownership of day-to-day operations and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth and effective workflows.

Ideally you are curious driven service-minded and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and strong integrity. Experience with SuccessFactors other HR systems and working in a complex international matrix organization is highly valued.
