Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 23:00
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Priority: Local candidates will be reviewed first
About the Role
We are looking for a Romanian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting our company.
In this role you will handle customer inquiries provide information and ensure a high-quality service experience for JTI customers.
Your Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone email or chat in Romanian and English.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Keep customer records updated in the system.

Maintain performance and quality standards.
Requirements

Fluent Romanian (C1-C2) and good English (B2).

Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center roles preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Availability for rotational shifts.
Salary and Benefits

Base Salary: 3200 BGN gross/month ( 1635)

Monthly transportation/internet allowance: 50 BGN net ( 25)

Additional pay for night hours (if applicable)

Special occasion bonuses: 500 BGN ( 255) for marriage childbirth/adoption or graduation
