Role: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM PHT
About the Company: A consultancy specializing in scaling Amazon businesses through data-driven growth strategies and operational optimization.
Responsibilities
- Gather key updates from emails and Slack organize them by department and summarize important threads for review.
- Arrange meetings and calls manage scheduling and ensure all important events are organized.
- Launch and manage Upwork ads help with LinkedIn outreach arrange interviews and keep hiring pipelines organized.
- Get daily reports from the accounting team and keep them updated in our system.
- Maintain a weekly dashboard to track team deliverables and progress.
- Ensure all documents are organized and stored properly in Google Drive.
- Regularly check and follow up on pending projects and add updates to the daily activity report.
- Communicate with clients consultants and partners as needed
- Help keep the business efficient through other executive assistant tasks
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience using Amazon Seller Central particularly within the Amazon FBA environment (confident navigating the platform and learning new workflows)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Friendly professional communicator with strong follow-through
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Responsive and reliable
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced team
