About the Client:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Fresh Produce Product Portfolio effectively to ensure quality variety and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers collectors and distributors.
Develop and implement supply and sourcing strategies for fresh produce.
Negotiate trading terms to optimize margins and ensure consistent supply.
Design and execute category pricing and promotional strategies aligned with company goals.
Achieve defined sales volume and profitability targets within the category.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or professional qualification related to agriculture supply chain or fresh produce management.
Proven experience in fresh produce category management or a related field (preferred).
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Strong decision-making ability and capability to meet tight deadlines.
A customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
