POSITION SUMMARY:

We have an excitinge new opportunity for a Salesforce Business Analyst to lead the design and optimization of our Salesforce CRM-based workflows and enhancements to improve operational efficiency and user experience across our global organization. This role will work closely with our Salesforce Development team as well as cross-functional teams including but not limited to Sales Marketing Product Management and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex business processes in a multinational B2B enterprise environment and will proactively identify opportunities to integrate external systems and workflows into our CRM platform to promote collaboration and elevate customer service. Experience with Salesforce ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle and a background in Business Administration IT or related fields is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making is required as is previous experience in Sales or Sales Operations is a strong plus as is proficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Champion the use of Salesforce as a sales enablement platform. Strive to leverage CRM capabilities to improve response times enhance collaboration and empower frontline teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Partner with stakeholders todefine business needsand translate them into CRM workflow enhancements and process improvements.
  • Conductprocess analysisto identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams tointegrate external workflows(e.g. from SAP Oracle IBP Model N PowerApps) into Salesforce to improve collaboration and customer experience.
  • Document and maintainbusiness requirements process maps and functional specifications.
  • Supportchange managementand user adoption by providing training documentation and ongoing support while leveraging Salesforce Knowledge base to support the creation distribution and maintenance of internal training materials.
  • LeverageSalesforce reporting and analytics toolsto monitor CRM usage identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all CRM workflows and processes comply with corporate standards including information security data governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify key stakeholders and design workflows using DOA (Delegation of Authority) swim lane diagrams and RACI models to reflect and improve business processes across Sales Service and Sales Support functions with a focus on sales enablement and customer experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Works in a standard office environment and uses general office equipment (phone PC copier scanner etc.).

EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or process design within a global B2B enterprise
  • Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Admin/Developer hybrid
  • Strong understanding ofSalesforce CRMcapabilities and limitations
  • Proven experience withERP systemssuch asSAPand/orOracle
  • Proficiency inSalesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Ability to analyze and documentcomplex business processesand workflows
  • Experience working withcross-functional teamsin a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable:

  • Experience withModel NIBP or other enterprise planning tools
  • Familiarity withSalesforce FlowProcess Builder and automation tools
  • Previous experience inSales or Sales Operations
  • Exposure toAgile/Scrum methodologies

EDUCATION:

Essential:

  • Bachelors degreein Business Administration Operations Management Marketing Information Technology Computer Science or a related field

Desired:

  • Completion ofSalesforce training programsor certifications
  • Ongoing professional development inCRM systemsenterprise integrations orprocess design

COMPENSATION:

As required by multiple state pay transparency laws Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including but not limited to skill set level of experience and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $90000.00 to $130000.00 per year. Relocation assistance will not be available for this role.
