Role: Business Analyst II

Location: Gastonia NC/ Akron OH/ Salt Lake City UT

Duration: 12 month

Job Description:
The Business Analyst II will work on system enhancements and projects focusing on eliciting analyzing and documenting business requirements. The role involves acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers to ensure successful implementation and validation of solutions.

Responsibilities:
Elicit analyze and document business requirements for system enhancements and projects.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ad hoc meetings with business stakeholders.
Document business benefits and validate with Business Sponsor.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers.
Develop and send communication to business stakeholders regarding system improvements.
Participate in design sessions and document solution approval.
Partner with functional and technical teams for user acceptance testing.
Conduct regression testing for GDS Systems as needed.
Validate outcome of solution after implementation into production.

Mandatory Skills:
Knowledge of technology systems and solutions.
Understanding of Distribution Operations or Customer Care.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make sound decisions and deliver results.
Stellar interpersonal skills including building consensus negotiation and facilitation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
CBAP Certification or other formally recognized education in business analysis.
