About the role.

As Export Manager ANZ you will have a pivotal role in growing and expanding McCains ANZ export business. Based in either Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne you will lead our export business and drive McCains presence in multiple countries.

You will report to the Head of Business Development and work cross-functionally with our marketing manufacturing supply chain finance quality customer service and logistics teams.

What youll be doing.

Develop and execute a strategy to drive growth of our export business.
Identify and secure new business opportunities using your industry expertise and established networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies and sales channels.
Lead pricing management
Forecasting and comprehensive reporting achieving annual sales budgets.
Act as the key liaison with government bodies industry associations and regulatory agencies ensuring compliance and the maximization of export opportunities.
Provide comprehensive high-quality service to our customers.
Travelling regularly for stakeholder engagement and market development.

What youll need to be successful.

Minimum 5 years experience in export management within the FMCG industry.
Bachelors degree in business or a related field (essential).
Proven success identifying and realising new export retail and food service opportunities.
Strong understanding of the export market landscape including regulatory requirements and operational complexities specific to ANZ & international regions.
Demonstrated ability to build strong networks and partnerships.
Highly developed skills in strategic planning negotiation and stakeholder management.
Exceptional organisation project management and communication skills.
Thorough understanding of business operations in a large FMCG company.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Valid AU passport required.
