Your Tasks
As an HR Intern you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various areas of Human Resources. You will support the HR Manager in day-to-day operations and contribute to key HR initiatives helping to create a positive and engaging work environment. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to start a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Employee Lifecycle:
Assist the HR Manager in activities related to the employee lifecycle including onboarding development and offboarding while learning about labor legislation and internal HR policies.
- HR Administration:
Help maintain employee records prepare documentation and support the implementation of HR processes and systems.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
Participate in the coordination of local onboarding activities to ensure a smooth start for new employees and assist with offboarding procedures.
- Employee Support:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries providing information on HR policies and procedures under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- HR Projects & Initiatives:
Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement training programs and internal communications.
Your Profile
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field
- Strong interest in HR practices and employee engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive organized and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Good level of English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Availability for office in Paço de Arcos (min. 3 days a week in office 2 days home office).
