- Thoroughly understand the agile methodology applied to HR operational systems and applications
- Translate conceptual requirements into clear functional requirements understandable by technical teams.
- Participate in the definition and review of requirements ensuring alignment among all involved parties.
- Identify needs and contribute to the design of new applications or the evolution of existing ones.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure the quality of user testing.
- Analyze and monitor business processes ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Participate in transformational projects and promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure the update and maintenance of operational procedures.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Systems Management or a relevant field.
- Experience in methodologies: Agile / Scrum Design Thinking.
- Functional experience in HR processes.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira Confluence advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactivity initiative and sense of responsibility.
- Minimum experience 3-5 years
- Knowledge of SAS SAP/SAP SF is a plus.
