Main responsibility will be general accounting duties and functions in areas of need within the Finance Department.
Assist in handling customer and vendor inquiries in a timely efficient manner including but not limited to researching and resolving customer issues as well as vendor requests.
Review invoices for proper approval code and input into the system.
Produce accounts receivable summary report as needed.
Complete daily income journal

Requirements

1 year accounting experience required
Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions preferred.
High school education and relevant training and experience required. Additional education preferred.
Assist Director of Finance as directed.
