Job Description:

  • Be the custodian of Demand for 2 Key LOBs in the region (Viz. BTP and SCM) and work closely with the Regional Demand Head and CROs.
  • Pipeline Orchestration: Consolidate analyze and monitor demand from all sources to ensure a balanced and sustainable sales pipeline to bridge R4Q Pipeline gap.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales Marketing Partner and Digital teams to align demand generation efforts with business priorities and regional goals.
  • Pipeline Health Governance: Track and report on pipeline creation quality and conversion; identify gaps against targets and lead actions to close them.
  • Program Coordination: Drive cadence between campaigns partner activations and sales plays to avoid overlap and maximize reach and impact.
  • Anchor: Be the key anchor of top programs like APM LOB Big bets etc. to maximize LOB yield from these programs.
  • Enablement: Ensure stakeholders are updated and support the CRO in their DG initiatives.
  • Optimization: Continuously refine the demand process metrics and orchestration model to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all teams.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of demand generation sales pipeline dynamics and funnel metrics.
  • Ability to connect marketing partner and sales programs into one unified view.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in CRM and reporting tools (e.g. strong Excel and Presentation Skills).
  • Excellent communication influence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in running governance cadences and executive-level reviews.
