The Impact: You will be a member of team and will have the opportunity to write design and execute various test plans as well as plan and implement automation to speed up our testing and regression cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Requirements define and design test scenarios write and execute test cases.
  • Run newly built solutions to ensure they are working as expected.
  • Work with deployment teams to deploy solutions from one environment to another.
  • Run regression on solutions.
  • Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check for quality on a timely basis.
  • Work with a team of colleagues from multiple geographic regions to deliver these new solutions which will change how we manages complex and unstructured data.
  • Participate with the team to develop user stories bugs and tasks.
  • Contribute and adhere to QA best practices.

What Were Looking For:

  • Youre a self-motivated passionate and high-performing engineer that shows a passion for testing technologies new and old.
  • Displays experience with sprint task management deployment and QA tools.
  • Thorough understanding of test principals such as unit smoke functional user acceptance and usability testing
  • You thrive off challenges and dont choose the easy route. A challenge to you is an opportunity to rise to your full potential.
  • You have an excellent communication skill with strong ability to articulate technically complex subjects to audiences of any technical level.
  • The idea candidate must be technical be able to troubleshoot and problem solve have a great attitude be able to work both in a team and independently and possess leadership qualities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile Test-driven development
  • 4 year experience as QA engineer
  • Degree in MIS or CS
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool such as Github Jira etc.
  • Experience with automation tools such as one of the following or similar: WDIO Café BrowserStack Selenium.

Good to have Skills:

  • Python
  • Instabase
  • Performance testing
  • Tools: SonarCube Mend Arifactory
  • postman Jmeter
