Floater Teacher Early Childhood (Ages 6 Weeks to 5 Years)
Location: 104 Professional Park Rd Columbia SC
Schedule: Must be available between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM (flexible shifts)
Compensation: Pay based on experience
- Assist lead and assistant teachers in classrooms serving children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
- Support daily routines including play meals diapering/toileting and transitions
- Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and continuity of care
- Foster a warm safe and inclusive environment for all children
- Communicate effectively with staff children and families
- Experience working with young children across multiple age groups is required
- Education in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
- Flexibility to work varied shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Ability to adapt quickly and support different teaching styles and classroom needs
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
