About BYD Auto Hungary

On 22 December 2023 BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged Hungary which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.

BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Training specialist
to join our Country HR Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps.
• Design develop and update training materials manuals and e-learning modules including but not limited to company cross-culture communication product process leadership etc.
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
• Maintain training records and track employee participation.
• Conduct onboarding training and continuous learning initiatives.
• Partner with HR and department heads to align training programs with business goals.
• Establish a comprehensive internal and external training system to foster a company culture of learning and development.

Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training L&D or instructional design.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training techniques.
