Join a dynamic IT team and play a key role in supporting the Windows 11 migration project across offices in Dessel and Brussels. Youll be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and ensure a smooth transition for end users. Your Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support to end users via phone email and ticketing system during the Windows 11 migration
Document solutions and procedures to build a shared knowledge base
Maintain clear and friendly communication with users and provide timely feedback
Collaborate closely with IT teams to resolve migration-related issues efficiently
Demonstrable experience in Windows migrations
Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role
Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude
Communicative proactive and able to work autonomously
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. SCCM Intune) is required
