Job Summary
As COO youll own the operational P&L and lead our cross-border teams (portfolio management trading technical delivery) to optimize our growing portfolio of flexible energy assets. Youll be a key member of our Executive Committee driving both day-to-day execution and long-term strategic growth.
You will report directly to the CEO.
**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Lead People & Organization (30%): Build and develop high-performing operational teams across NL BE FR with a culture of collaboration development and performance
Run & Optimize Operations (30%): Oversee end-to-end delivery of flexibility services (trading dispatching monitoring settlements) and drive operational excellence
Own Operational P&L (20%): Full responsibility for revenue gross margin and cost control across core countries
Drive Growth & Profitability (20%): Optimize contract margins minimize penalties partner with Growth and Product teams to scale customer value
Qualifications :
**WHAT YOU BRING**
5 years leading operational teams in the energy sector with P&L responsibility
10 years of work experience
Fluent in English Fluent in Dutch or French
Proven track record managing multi-country teams and driving financial performance
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data dashboards and process automation
Passionate about the energy transition with a team-oriented results-driven mindset
Experience in change management and cross-functional collaboration
