Tasks
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries across different communication channels
- Make outbound calls to resolve customer and network issues
- Offer step-by-step support with accounts bookings and payments
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a professional empathetic manner
- Accurately log conversations feedback and outcomes in our internal systems
- Partner with other departments to troubleshoot complex technical or account issues
- Maintain a high standard of service with every interaction
Requirements
Who You Are
Were looking for someone whos passionate about helping people and confident in a fast-paced tech-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken this is essential)
- Native/near-native level Spanish fluency for written communication is required
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service or technical support experience is required
- Familiarity with vacation rental or property management platforms (Airbnb etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A calm positive attitude when handling customer concerns
- Flexibility to work various shifts and time zones
