Tasks
- You lead complex high-stakes client assignments across IT Asset & Vendor Management from strategy to execution.
- You act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for senior stakeholders translating business goals into pragmatic governance and operating models.
- You mentor and coach consultants building capability while staying close to the content and delivery.
- You shape methodologies and ways of working contributing to Leadouts internal strategy and knowledge frameworks.
- You represent Leadout externally building credibility and visibility in the market through thought leadership and client outcomes.
Requirements
- You are a senior professional with 6 years of consulting or project-based experience (or equivalent industry expertise)
- Youre known for clarity vision and turning strategy into action.
- You lead without ego and collaborate with intent building trust across business and IT.
- You are motivated by strategic challenge and collective success.
- You are fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
